All green scrappy trip along. Finished!
Strips of all my greens, and greens donated by friends. Bordered in Kona Kiwi, backed in Spot On Extra Wide (in green, obvi), and bound in Kona textured, blue. Quilted in off-centered “organic” concentric circles with green Wonderfil 50wt. The boy is VERY happy.

Skinny 9-patch, Hither and Yon, (Modify Tradition Quilt-a-long blocksfor me) and 4 Framed Wonky 4-patches (for a Bee)… Now back to Easter/birthday gifts…. better pics on my Flickr
Last nights quilt blocks…
2 bee blocks (log cabin for Nicola, dots for Rache), and 3 Modify Tradition Quilt Along blocks for me, using scraps my mom brought me last week. I love red.
Quilt Blocks….
Last night was piecing night, obvi….I made my “Dandy” block for the quilt along…I made whirl-a-gig blocks for Heather’s month and I made triangles for Liz…. (the left is called “cards,” the right one is called “roses”more pictures on Flickrtonight I’ll work on my pie pan quilt, hopefully….
What I accomplished last night…
the kids went out early, I didn’t… I was so excited to get the fabric for the 1st Wednesday Block Swap, I got right to work… I made a pinwheel star for Flic (she asked for stars, 12″ square, in black and red) I used the Made Tutorial as inspiration for a shirt for D… […]
I’m quilting along…
