Bullet journal covers

Gotta love quick and easy projects! I'm loving my bullet journal/travellers notebooks, but I wanted to cover them with something pretty.

Fauxdori #1

Fauxdori #1

i made a "fauxdori" for myself on Tuesday,

Card pockets on the first cover. Favorite fabric, but eh on the corners.

I saw a bunch online that have raw edges and square corners, so I didn't even think about it much, but now I know that I can't handle those, so last night I tried again.

Fauxdori #2, bound. :) still relaxed, but not quite as unfinished.

I used a bunch of old block bits and tiny leftovers, along with a good dose of crumbs, and I love it.

Full shot of the outside.

I matchstick-quilted the heck out of it so all the pieces would lie flat. Or just flattER.

Upside down, but large flap pockets, and pretty May Design books inside. :)

I made it 9"x12.5" and it's big enough for 4 books, but my next one will be even bigger, I think.

I put in 4 book elastics so it can easily hold moleskine Cahiers, May Designs notebooks, and my own homemade books

I love this May Designs cover (I think it's under the modern neutrals category), and I extra live coloring it in.
